After diagnosis and consultation, my acupuncture treatment will target specific points to stimulate the flow of Qi, energy, throughout the body, which helps to promote healing and balance the body - whilst improving elasticity and fine lines and wrinkles.

I use infra-red light therapy to enhance the healing effects; to reduce pain, and improve circulation, together the gentle pressure of the needles will relax the body and mind, promoting a feeling of calm and tranquillity.
